2014
In the 1960s, CV. Podo Tresno was established, specializing in trading tobacco leaves, founded by parent of Mr. Santjoko and Mr. Fx. Iswanto. By 1982, there was a management transition and the company was renamed CV. Putra Bakti Utama, led by Mr. Fx. Iswanto and Mr. Santjoko, continuing its trajectory in the trading tobacco In 2014, CV. Putra Bakti Utama expanded its business into the cigarette industry, establishing PT. Putra Jaya Sakti Perkasa, initially focusing on producing hand-rolled cigarettes (Sigarete Kretek Tangan). The cigarette factory, situated in the city of Bojonegoro, was under the leadership of Mr. Fx. Iswanto as the Director, supported by Mr. Juli Utama and Mr. Santjoko as Commissioners. Mr. Fx. Iswanto continues to collaborate in building and expanding the cigarette enterprise in this region, aiming for sustained growth to achieve a national scale.

In 2015 the company changed its name from PT. Putra Jaya Sakti Perkasa became PT. Putera Jaya Sakti Perkasa. At that time Mr. Fx. Iswanto, who still serves as Director and is assisted by Commissioner Mr. Santjoko, continues to maintain the vision and mission to continue developing the company.

2016
The year 2016 marked a pivotal moment for the cigarette company that situated in Bojonegoro. The Company's Management underwent leadership changes during the General Meeting of Shareholders. With Mr. Aming as the Commissioner and Mr. Fx. Iswanto continuing in his role as the Director of the company. During this period, the company commenced expanding and diversifying its production area in Sroyo Village, Kanor District, Bojonegoro, catering to the production of hand-rolled SKT cigarettes (Sigarete Kretek Tangan). Additionally, the Bojonegoro plant was designated for the production of machine-rolled SKM cigarettes (Sigarete Kretek Mesin)

2017
This year witnessed a shift in the Company's Management structure during the General Meeting of Shareholders . Mr. Yayan joined as the Commissioner while Mr. Fx. Iswanto retained his position as the company's Director. As the business expanded, there arose a demand for higher quality standards. Consequently, an investment decision was made to acquire Tobacco Blending Machines. This move aimed to replace the previous manual processes, and by the end of 2017, these machines were implemented to ensure a more consistent taste for the end product.

In the previous year, an investment was made in tobacco blending machines to maintain a superior taste. This year, PT. Putera Jaya Sakti Perkasa made another strategic investment by acquiring an unprocessed tobacco processing machine. This investment aims to enhance the tobacco's flavor profile before the processing stage in the tobacco blending machines

In 2019, during the General Meeting of Shareholders , there was a change in the company's management, specifically in the Director position, transitioning from Mr. Fx. Iswanto to Mr. Albertus Okki Kurniawan. Mr. Yayan continued as the Commissioner. With the company's growth, this year marked a breakthrough as the company commenced building a factory in the Baureno area of Bojonegoro, covering an area of over 11 hectares

In 2019, Top Management realized that with increasingly tight competition in the world of cigarettes, PT. Putera Jaya Sakti Perkasa must be able to make very significant changes in the production line. So this year investment was made in new production machines to replace old machines. This is quite a bold step because with this production machine the quality of cigarettes, productivity and efficiency can be much better than before.

In 2021, PT. Putera Jaya Sakti Perkasa expanded its product range to align with market trends. For hand-rolled SKT (Sigarete Kretek Tangan), the offerings include SKT 12 Sticks, SKT 16 Sticks, and SKT Cerutu 12 Sticks. Meanwhile, for machine-rolled SKM (Sigarete Kretek Mesin), the variants consist of Filter 12, Filter 16, Filter 20, Lite 16, Lite 20, and Lite Click, available in packs of 16 and 20 sticks, featuring various flavors.

In the last quarter of 2022, PT Putera Jaya Sakti Perkasa achieved a significant milestone by expanding its business through a strategic collaboration with HM Sampoerna. This partnership facilitated the distribution of Twizz Royal Crush 16 to all places in Indonesia, marking a key development in the company's growth and market presence.

2023
In a productive year of strategic alignment with HM Sampoerna, PT Putera Jaya Sakti Perkasa introduced a range of new offerings, including Twizz Yellow Crush 16, Twizz Green Crush 16, and Vortex 16, and regenerated Twizz Royal 16 with the launch of Twizz Royal 12. We also undertook a rebranding initiative for our hand-rolled (SKT) and filter cigarettes (SKM) brands under HM Sampoerna’s distribution network.This partnership led to our recognition by the Gresik Tax Office for achieving the highest increase in tax payments and compliance in 2023.
