PJSP Milestones (2014)
In the 1960s, CV. Podo Tresno was established as a tobacco trading company, founded and managed by the parents of Mr. Santjoko and Mr. Fx. Iswanto. In 1982, a management transition took place along with a name change to CV. Putra Bakti Utama, which was then led by Mr. Fx. Iswanto and Mr. Santjoko. The company remained focused on the tobacco trading business and has continued to grow to this day. As part of its business expansion, in 2014 CV. Putra Bakti Utama established a subsidiary in the cigarette industry under the name PT. Putra Jaya Sakti Perkasa, which initially specialized in the production of hand-rolled clove cigarettes (Sigaret Kretek Tangan - SKT). The cigarette factory is located in the Bojonegoro area and is led by Mr. Fx. Iswanto as Director, with Mr. Juli Utama and Mr. Santjoko serving as Commissioners. Mr. Fx. Iswanto remains committed to developing the company to ensure sustainable growth and to compete on a national scale.
PJSP Milestones (2015)
In 2015, the company underwent a name change from PT Putra Jaya Sakti Perkasa to PT Putera Jaya Sakti Perkasa. At that time, Mr. Fx. Iswanto was still serving as Director, accompanied by Commissioner Mr. Santjoko. Both remained committed to upholding the company's vision and mission to drive sustainable growth and development.
PJSP Milestones (2016)
The year 2016 marked a significant milestone for the cigarette factory located in the Bojonegoro region. During this year, changes in the company’s management structure took place through the General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS). Mr. Aming continued to serve as Commissioner, while Mr. Fx. Iswanto retained his position as the company’s Director. In the same year, the company also began expanding and developing its production facilities. The site in Sroyo Village, Kanor District, Bojonegoro, was designated for the production of hand-rolled kretek cigarettes (SKT – Sigaret Kretek Tangan), while other areas within Bojonegoro were allocated for the production of machine-rolled kretek cigarettes (SKM – Sigaret Kretek Mesin).
PJSP Milestones (2017)
This year, the Company's Management Structure underwent a leadership change through the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS). Mr. Yayan remains serving as Commissioner, while Mr. Fx. Iswanto continues his role as the Company's Director. In line with the business development, the company is required to continuously improve product quality. Therefore, this year it was decided to invest in a tobacco blending machine. Previously, the tobacco mixing process was done manually; however, since the end of 2017, the company has been using this machine with the aim of maintaining a consistent cigarette taste.
PJSP Milestones (2018)
After investing in the Tobacco Blending Machine last year to maintain the quality of cigarette flavor, PT. Putera Jaya Sakti Perkasa has made another investment by acquiring a Raw Tobacco Processing Line. This step aims to enhance the tobacco's flavor profile before it undergoes further processing in the Blending Machine.
PJSP Milestones (2019)
In 2019, the Company’s management underwent changes through the General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS), with the appointment of Mr. Albertus Okki Kurniawan replacing Mr. Fx. Iswanto as Director, while Mr. Yayan continues to serve as Commissioner to this day. Along with the company’s growth, a breakthrough was made this year with the construction of a new factory in the Baureno area of Bojonegoro, covering approximately 11 hectares of land.

In 2019, top management recognized that competition in the tobacco industry was becoming increasingly intense. Therefore, PT. Putera Jaya Sakti Perkasa needed to implement significant changes in its production line. As a strategic move, the company invested in new production machinery to replace the outdated equipment. This investment was a bold step, expected to significantly improve product quality, productivity, and efficiency compared to previous levels.
PJSP Milestones (2021)
In 2021, PT. Putera Jaya Sakti Perkasa developed high-quality cigarette products that align with market trends. For SKT (Hand-Rolled Kretek Cigarettes), the product range includes SKT 12 sticks, SKT 16 sticks, and SKT cigar 12 sticks. Meanwhile, for SKM (Machine-Made Kretek Cigarettes), the products consist of Filter 12, Filter 16, Filter 20, Lite 16, Lite 20, and Lite Click with various flavors, available in 16- and 20-stick packages.
PJSP Milestones (2022)
In the final quarter of 2022, PT Putera Jaya Sakti Perkasa expanded its business through a strategic collaboration with HM Sampoerna. This partnership enabled the distribution of Twizz Royal Crush 16 across Indonesia, marking a significant milestone in the company’s growth and the expansion of its marketing reach.
PJSP Milestones (2023)
In this highly productive year, our strategic collaboration with HM Sampoerna has yielded significant results. PT Putera Jaya Sakti Perkasa successfully launched several new products, including Twizz Yellow Crush 16, Twizz Green Crush 16, and Vortex 16, as well as introduced Twizz Royal 12 as the updated version of Twizz Royal 16. We also carried out rebranding efforts for several SKT and SKM products within HM Sampoerna’s distribution network. This partnership also led us to receive an award from KPP Madya Gresik for achieving the highest growth in tax payments and compliance in 2023.
